Began my career at Securenext Softwares Pvt Ltd in Oct,05 2005 as an PHP/MySQL Developer. As the company grew, me  helped manage growth in various positions in the PHP/MySQL Department. Realizing my  true strengths, i am leading a development team now. Am  particularly interested in PHP, MySQL, Smarty Templates, CSS Layouts, Open Source and relational web design using PHP/MySQL Server. Always interested in migration projects, as well as close interaction with the PHP/MySQL manufacturers. Manage project tasks right from planning, control, execution and reporting of assigned work. Also manage all issues, risk and communication / liaison within internal groups.
